Overseeing all company operations and leading the strategic vision and growth for Sparrow Construction, Mr. Wyman has been in the multifamily industry for 20+ years and has built multiple product types including garden style, urban infill, mid-rise, mixed use and retail.
He joined Sparrow Partners in 2018 and promptly established the Dallas, Phoenix, Tampa and Atlanta corporate offices. Mr. Wyman has built over 12,500 units and $1.6 billion in construction costs. Prior to Sparrow Partners, he worked for a national multifamily developer and builder Wood Partners.
Mr. Wyman earned his Bachelor degree from the University of Oklahoma and a Master of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University.
