Aaron Daily

Aaron Daily is a highly experienced professional in the multifamily construction industry with a strong track record of successful project delivery. As Regional Vice President, Mr. Daily plays a pivotal role in managing Sparrow’s construction projects in the Texas and Oklahoma region, where he’s responsible for representing construction during the design phase and overseeing construction efforts through closeouts.

With 15+ years of experience in the multifamily space, Mr. Daily brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his role. Mr. Daily has built $750M in construction costs across Texas, Oklahoma, Florida, and Georgia, in various construction projects including garden-style developments, urban infill projects, mid-rise buildings, and mixed-use properties. Before joining Sparrow Partners in 2018, Mr. Daily worked at Wood Partners, where he further honed his expertise in construction management.

Mr. Daily holds a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management with a minor in Business Administration from John Brown University. He serves on the Board of Directors for the Dallas Builder's Association - Multifamily Builders Council.
