Rebecca Everitt

Rebecca Everitt serves as the Director of Strategic Partnerships at Sparrow Construction, where she leads efforts to cultivate and expand relationships that drive partnership, construction, and development opportunities. She joined Sparrow in 2025, bringing over a decade of experience in commercial real estate development, construction, and acquisitions.

Prior to Sparrow, Rebecca held key leadership roles across Texas and the Southwest, including Vice President of Development and Acquisitions at Goldenrod Companies and Development Partner at Realty Capital Management. Her work has spanned multifamily, office, retail, hospitality, and land development, with a focus on deal sourcing, entitlements, and capital partnerships.

Rebecca holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Texas A&M University and an MBA from Southern Methodist University.
