Ron Colwell joined Sparrow Construction in 2023 bringing with him three decades of construction experience in the multifamily industry. Mr. Colwell oversees Sparrow Construction’s business development initiatives across the southwest region.
Ron started his construction management career in 1994 as an Assistant Superintendent and earned his way into a VP of Construction and Partner, where he spent the most recent decade.
He has built over 13,000 units across the Southwest ranging from Garden, Wrap and Podium style products. In addition, Ron is experienced in the development and construction of single family and cluster style for sale product.
