Scott Shores

Scott Shores joined Sparrow Construction at the end of 2022 and has just under 20 years of construction experience. As the Southwest Regional Vice President, Mr. Shores oversees all construction activities for Arizona from the early design phases in preconstruction through project closeout.

Prior to joining Sparrow, Mr. Shores held various positions in construction from estimating to operations. His experience in single family construction and commercial projects complements his wide variety of multifamily product types. Mr. Shores has managed and built over 5,500 units and $900M in construction costs on projects ranging from garden-style developments to urban wrap and podium projects.

Mr. Shores excels in building construction teams, a concept he learned playing baseball while attending Arizona State University.
